XOS, is a functional polysaccharide formed by connecting 2-7 xylose molecules with β-1, 4 glucosidic bond The main components are

Xylobiose, Xylotriose and xylotetraose.

Compared with the Soybean oligosaccharides, Fructo-oligosaccharide and Isomalto-oligosaccharide commonly used by people, it has unique

advantages and can selectively promote the proliferation activity of intestinal bifidobacteria.
